We decided Kogetsu for bonnet design.

Her quote was quit good. 21000 JPY for all three design. Actually, I negotiated special discount from original quote, 25000JPY.

But her lead time was little bit longer than our expectation. Her leadtime for finish all three design is the end of Feb in compare to our expectation, Middle of Feb.

So, we decided to devide order to bonnet and 2 side ones(mirrored design).
Looking at the rough picture, Yukiya was the best candidate for this work. But his leadtime is also long. So, I recommend Hizaki with little expensive price to meet timeline.

But it was mistake.
She said she wanted to change design to appeal her originality after accepting our offer.
Indeed, we didn't confirm very detailed thing when we give offer to her. But our public offer show our requirement clearly.

Anyhow, we got into the situation to find another designer for side doors at this timing. Woooo, critical situation.



So, I decided to take two action to save time.

One is find sticker company and ask them for design. Since side door dsign is simple modification from color to monochrome, I though some cutting sticker company can make it.

The another is asking Yukiya again. But I was not sure he accept our offer because we rejected it.


Then, I seached sticker company in Yahoo Japan and send request to two of them.

The two sticker company were

1. Itasha sticker creation professional studio(痛車ステッカー製作専門店)

The first photo at the beginning of this post.
This was top 1 from yahoo search. Mainly working for color printing sticker. Provide all internet trading and ship out to all Japanese domestic area. Also introduced in Itasha graphics. And have plenty of experience of itasha.

2. Ita-honpo

This is 16th of yahoo search list. I can't say this is very popular company.
Why I chose this company is "They work for both of color print and cutting sticker".
For this project, my thought was cutting sticker is better than color printing.
And they also offer picture tracing on their home page.



Now, I need to consider the comparison total.
Means Lead time and cost with Yukiya & Sticker company, or all work with sticker company.

Then, I got the quote from both of companies.
